A release date and a key visual have released for the upcoming Gintama On Theater 2D: Kintama-hen, a movie re-edit of the episodes of the Kintama arc (ep. 253 to 256). The key visual references the one for the season 2 extension, Gintama: Enchousen, which included the Kintama arc.
A PV was also released for the upcoming movie, which will release in Japanese theaters on November 22, 2024
