The long awaited 3nen Zgumi Ginpachi Sensei anime will be releasing in October 2025. While the exact release date hasn’t been revealed yet, it is to be expected to be announced at the upcoming Gintama Multiverse Festival this coming August.
Within the meantime, a new possible clue on the anime has been reported on the Japanese web portal Atsumedia, which indicates that the spin-off anime would be divided in several cours, as it shows that the anime’s first cour is set to have 12 episodes. While this info might not be final and could be changed, it’s more than plausible as the Japanese site, which was launched in late 2024, is an official portal that covers information on anime releases, and other Japanese entertainment spread across the internet.
