20th Anniversary Gintama Multiverse Festival announced, and to be held in August 2025

A new Gintama festival, 20th Anniversary Gintama Multiverse Festival, has been announced and will be held on August 16, 2025 (Saturday), at the Hulic Hall in Tokyo. This marks the first festival held ever since the Gintama Ato no Matsuri festival in 2023. This time around however, the festival, as its name implies, will not only focus on the Gintama series, but also its spinoff 3nen Zgumi Ginpachi Sensei, which will be airing in October 2025. The event will be featurting a star studded cast, and will be delivering information on both series.

The event will be available for live viewing at theaters nationwide theaters. There are currently no plans for streaming.
